BitMEX and AC Milan are pleased to present the Limited Edition “Born to Lead” NFT Collection, a series of unique digital artwork celebrating some of the most iconic moments in the club’s history. The NFT champions are Rossoneri legends Franco Baresi, Daniele Massaro and Massimo Ambrosini.
Created in association with sports marketing agency Octagon, NFTs “Born to Lead” is the result of a partnership between BitMEX and AC Milan, brought to life through exclusive artwork created by creative studio Burn & Broad.
The Born to Lead NFT collection offers AC Milan fans the opportunity to own a unique piece relating to their club’s history. Each NFT is a way to remember champions from the past while providing a glimpse into the future.
The launch of the short documentaries will accompany the launch of the NFTs. It contains exclusive content, and also offers an in-depth analysis of moments in AC Milan’s history as champions in the NFTs, as well as creating digital artwork themselves.
Through this project, creators and artists from the digital sector present the exploits of Rossoneri legends Franco Baresi, Daniele Massaro and Massimo Ambrosini to audiences in a futuristic way.
The NFT Collection will be available from today through a virtual auction at BornToLead.Club/nfts and all proceeds will be donated to Fondazione Milan, the non-profit arm of the club that engages in charitable activities around the world. Whoever wins the NFTs will also receive two tickets per home game at Milan in the 2022-23 season.
The project once again testifies to Milan’s innovative nature and the club’s desire to make positive changes through the strength and appeal of its brand.
The first NFT of the group, accompanied by the video “Winning the Serie A title for Ambrosini”, will be released today 6 May 2022 and celebrate the Italian champions title obtained at the end of the 2010/11 season. The digital trail is the protagonist of former Rossoneri captain Massimo Ambrosini, who recounts first-hand the moment when the team he led won the Scudetto.
A second NFT show and video titled “The Immortals & The Invincibles” will instead be shown on May 11, 2022. This one-of-a-kind action starring legend Franco Baresi and Daniel Massaro celebrates the 58th game undefeated series. by the Rossoneri between 1991 and 1993 who earned this team the nicknames “Immortals and Immortals”. The accompanying video contains an exclusive interview with two of the former’s greatest players, who recall that legendary streak of winning streak, which remains one of the longest and most memorable in Serie A history.
