The IGS Group – a major player in training and employment, via its business school, the ICD Business School, aims to train 60 apprentices in the profession of recruitment consultant.
At the end of their apprenticeship, these students will graduate in “Customer Relations and Marketing Management” (RNCP title level 7 – BAC+5).
The national launch of this promotion is done in collaboration with Expectra, the subsidiary of the Randstad France group specializing in the recruitment of high skills. Expectra will welcome apprentices in its agencies who will be trained in their future job as recruiters. Apprentices who have successfully completed the training course will be offered permanent employment opportunities.
The pedagogy implemented will be built around learning methods in hybrid mode, or blended learning, which results from a combination of online courses and face-to-face training. The learning will take place on a synchronous and asynchronous model including courses co-led by teachers from the ICD Business school and by Expectra speakers.
“ It’s a partnership that generates a lot of enthusiasm within our teams. It embodies our values and illustrates our vocation in terms of professionalizing our learners. We train them in trades and consulting and this course, as it has been co-constructed, will allow work-study students in this promotion, including in the lessons and scenarios that have been designed, to be as close as possible to the profession for which they are preparing. A competence orientation is clearly and very intentionally given to this course. The teams of the ICD Business school are mobilized to deploy innovative teaching methods and implement the support system with the requirements adapted to the success of this project. » precise Faroudja Bouchentouf, Director of the ICD Business school.
” Faced with a strained recruitment market, which is seeing the expectations of companies evolve as well as the requirements of candidates, Expectra is strengthening its teams by co-constructing with the IGS Group a training course dedicated to the profession of recruitment consultant. Integrated within our agencies, the apprentices will acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge essential to the exercise of their profession. Once graduated, these future recruiters will join the Expectra teams present throughout France. I wish every success to all the students of this first class! » says Khaled Aboulaich, CEO of Expectra
